Others pretend to offer 30-day money-back guarantees, but please read their fine print first. We explain it all up front. Please see "Our Policy" for more details. Why do you charge for shipping and gift-wrapping? In one way or another, the consumer always pays for these items. In fact, even if you don't need gift-wrapping, you are probably paying for somebody else's gift-wrap. We don't "bundle" our prices because we want you to see what you are actually paying for. We don't want to include in your price the cost of a service you may not need (gift wrap, hand-written note, special delivery, etc.). Bottom line: compare our total cost to the competition. We won't be undersold.
