Our Policy

Some of our competitors pretend to offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  It's not until you read the fine print that you realize that the bottles must be unopened, the packaging intact and the seal unbroken.  We see no reason for this deception.  It should be obvious that no fragrance, health or beauty product should be returned once it has been opened.

Even before the tragic events of September 11, we assumed that our customers would insist on receiving fragrances never handled by other customers.  That's why we ask that you carefully confirm your order before your final submission.  We will not resell items that have been returned.

In the unlikely event that we ship you the wrong product, we will, of course, accept the return for a full refund.  We will pay for  shipping both ways and offer you an additional 10% discount on your actual order, should you decide to give us a second chance.  For return authorization, please call us or email us at: returns@FinestPerfumes.com

We are not brazen enough to believe that we can help you select a fragrance over the Internet.  We believe that your local perfume store is the place to personally evaluate a new fragrance.  We ask only that you add us to your browser's "favorites" list so that when it becomes more convenient to reorder online, we are given a chance to fill your order.  We are confident that we have the selection and the price to earn your loyalty.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not due to our error.  So please double check your order; we want to keep you as a satisfied customer for life.
